Vulcan Steel is able to process all grades of Aluminium through means of our Laser Cutting and CNC Bending machinery or a combination of both. We pride ourselves on our ability to process the smallest of components with a high degree of accuracy, as well as being able to cut and bend extremely large components due to our large format laser beds, our 400 ton Trumpf CNC Press Brake and world class variety of tooling combinations.

Vulcan Steel sources all of is Aluminium from reputable suppliers. The quality of sheet and plate material delivered to our premises and their service delivery is constantly measured through means of our ISO9001 system that monitors and measures all suppliers to Vulcan Steel.

We process the following Aluminium grades:

• 5754 H22
• 5754 H111
• 5083 H111
• 5083 H321
• 5182 H111
• 6082 T6

Vulcan Steel is able to offer the client full traceability of material and components through our internal controls and system tracking that have been developed over the many years that we have been operating. At the touch of a button, we are able to provide the mill of origin that any certified Aluminium component has been processed from at the point of delivery to the client, giving complete piece of mind when purchasing from us.

Our latest development of plastic QR Coded labels adds to further ease of traceability when tracking our components through our processing facility. Our clients are also able to read the QR Coding with any QR scanner or smart phone with this use of a downloadable application.
