Vulcan Steel presents our state-of-the-art nitrogen generator. This intricate system of pipes and tubes takes gas mixtures and transforms them into pure nitrogen. Our dual focus on sustainability and quality means a brighter future for us and our clients.

As we say farewell to the last of our four CO2 Lasers, Vulcan Steel Manufacturing is proud to introduce yet another Bystronic Bystar 10Kw Fiber Laser to our facility. This is the third of its kind to have been installed within a two year period, with the aim to ensure that we remain ahead of the technology curve and offer our clientele the best the Laser industry has to offer.

It’s ARRIVED! This is the 2^nd new Bystronic Bystar to join the Vulcan Steel arsenal and is a state-of-the-art 15Kw Fiber Laser. This machine offers yet again further technological advancements to our service offering. This machinery enables us to cut even quicker than before and thicker than ever. With advancements such as Mixed Gas Cutting the opportunities are endless. This laser comprises of a bed format of 6000 x 2500 with all the similar benefits of the existing 8Kw. The 15Kw Fiber Laser was fully commission in July 2022.

Our new 8kw Bystronic Bystar Laser is the first Fiber Laser to be introduced into the company. The technological advancements that this technology brings to our product offering further supports our position as a market leader in the industry. The carefully selected 6000 x 2500 bed format of the machine supports greater nesting efficiencies as well as the ability to process larger components. This machine is currently the largest Fiber Laser format in the Southern Hemisphere and was fully commissioned in January 2022.

Our Two Hi Speed Electric Coastone Press Brakes were installed in 2019 and 2020 respectively. Through technology we can obtain a high level of accuracy and through put improving our overall on time delivery to our customer. These machines don’t contribute to noise pollution as they are fully electric; another great advantage of being electric is – it is more environment friendly compared to traditional hydraulic press brakes.
